Lost 2.2 lbs so far Avg caloric intake is around 1900, still too high but god I love food. The tracker shows I won't make 175 until Dec but I think that has to be wrong.
Semi regular updates to be posted in this thread to keep me on track.
So I finally set up my calorie count account. I'm targeted to be down to 180 in November, if I can stay under 1836 calories a day. Yesterday was my first day attempting that, and I failed. Ended up with 2200 or so. But I'm okay with that because I had like 1400 calories before I even started the account and tracking it.
I'll do better today, but man, I'm already really hungry!
