There's a qualifications tab that says something about having 1 year of experience in managing lands...who the eff has that if they aren't working for the BLM already? Maybe I read it wrong.

I'm far too busy for that kind of thing. Its funny, I'm not actually that busy, but there are so many things on my mind that its easy to forget stuff that I want to do. So I forgot about it. Maybe I can get to it tonight, if I can get the motivation to actually go up to my office and sit at the computer. Ever since I stopped playing video games on the PC, it seems I have no reason to even turn the thing on.
